I’m a strategic designer who helps teams make sense of complex problems and work better together. My work centers on creating the conditions for innovation, clarity, and alignment—through service design, journey transformation, enterprise design thinking, and thoughtfully designed collaborative spaces. I’ve spent my career working across tech, healthcare, and financial services, partnering with cross-functional teams to navigate ambiguity, reframe challenges, and design human-centered outcomes that truly matter.

I was honored to be named the SCAD Excelsus Laureate in 2018, the highest honor awarded to a graduate student at the Savannah College of Art and Design, recognizing top academic achievement and creative leadership.
This video introduced me as a speaker at commencement and selections from the speech are now featured in the SCAD Story immersive experience in Savannah, GA.
