An experienced design thinker, I have collaborated on innovative product and service platforms across the tech, health care, and consumer goods industries. I have contributed to all phases of the design and product development process, which has led me to my niche in research, facilitation, and mentoring. I thrive on building collaborative environments that support innovation and systems thinking.
My latest challenge has been helping 3M to develop delightful user experiences and leading virtual and on-site facilitation and design research through my contributions as a Senior Design Researcher on the Health Care UX team.
When I’m not researching, collaborating, or designing, you can find me reading, practicing my fiddle tunes, or stretching out in a yoga class.

Head of Service Design for Business Banking. Leads a team of three service designers to communicate, champion, and demonstrate human-centered design process for our Business Banking client segment. Serves as people’s champion at the macro level of the journey room to cascade design intent and ensure consistency of vision through the three distinct sub-journeys that serve a particular client/teammate need in the room.

Lead holistic service design activities within a strategic client journey (Business Banking) leveraging a variety of human-centered design methods and frameworks. Communicated, evangelized, and demonstrated a human-centered design process. Facilitated ideation workshops with cross-functional internal teams. Helped define service design best practices for Truist. Co-produced deliverables such as qualitative research reports, customer and employee journey maps, process flows, concepts, service blueprints and prototypes. Sought out, aggregated, and conducted qualitative customer and employee research/insights in partnership with researchers.

Session topics included design thinking, scenario planning, and business model generation. MFA thesis workshop prototype was used during scenario planning sessions.

Tasked with an intensive research and design project that culminated in a presentation at Lenovo headquarters. Conducted user research, synthesized, and generated solutions in tight, four-week timeline. Designed and utilized elicitation tools for user research workshop, synthesized design criteria, evaluated designs, and delivered a presentation of insights and design concepts.
